For Operators

List your Nepal experiences.
Reach travellers worldwide.

Himalos gives Nepal’s local operators direct access to global travelers — with powerful tools for bookings, payments, and building trust online.

How it works

Apply and get verified

Submit your operator profile and we’ll review your business — typically within a few business days. Approved operators receive the Himalos Verified badge displayed across their listings, a trusted signal that helps turn browsing travelers into paying customers.

List your experiences

Create detailed listings for your treks, tours, and experiences. Set your own pricing, availability, and departure schedules. Add itineraries, photos, inclusions, and everything travelers need to book with confidence.

Receive bookings and get paid

Travelers book and pay securely online. After each completed trip, Himalos automatically processes your payout. Focus on delivering exceptional experiences while we handle the payment logistics.

Pricing

  • No listing fee
  • No monthly charges
  • No setup costs
  • Pay only when you earn

15–20% commission on confirmed bookings.

Your rate is finalized before your first listing goes live, based on your experience category and projected volume — with complete transparency from day one.

What we ask of you

Himalos is a carefully curated marketplace. Every operator is reviewed before approval, and we uphold quality standards that protect travelers while rewarding operators who take their reputation seriously.

  • Accurate listings Your descriptions, pricing, and itineraries should clearly and accurately represent the experience you provide. Listings found to be misleading or inaccurate may be removed.
  • Timely responses Operators are expected to respond to booking inquiries within 48 hours. Delayed responses may affect listing visibility and traveler confidence.
  • Quality delivery Consistently deliver the experience as described. Traveler reviews are public and play a key role in how your listings rank and appear in search results.
  • Valid registration Operators must comply with all applicable Nepali legal requirements, including Nepal Tourism Board registration where required.

Operators are responsible for their own tax obligations, including VAT and income tax as applicable under Nepali law, and Nepal Tourism Board registration where required. Listing on Himalos does not guarantee bookings or any level of revenue. The full terms governing the operator relationship — including payout schedules, cancellation obligations, and grounds for removal — are set out in the Operator Terms of Service. By applying to list, you agree to be bound by those terms.
